4 Work completes dilapidations project in London WC2 to ensure that lease obligations are met by the waygoing tenant. 4 Work has an informal involvement with landlord discussions in order that a project specification acceptable to all parties is achieved. The project is completed ahead of schedule to the satisfaction of all parties.

4 Work completes full interior design and build project for a leading City PR firm. Incorporating extensive interior works and the installation of new air conditioning throughout the 4,500 sq ft self-contained building in London EC4, the project is fully managed to ensure that the go-live date is co-ordinated with the very tight timescale resulting from the end of the previous lease.

4 Work begins 2008 with a number of consultancy instructions, advising clients on prospective relocation plans. In particular, 4 Work demonstrates the ability to advise on space requirements, prospective space utilisation and project budgeting. 4 Work receives excellent feedback to the fee based consultancy work.

4 Work completes extensive interior refurbishment works for Bureau Veritas at one of their offices in London SE1.Completed with the office space fully occupied, the project was a demonstration of the flexibility of 4 Work. The works included the installation of new partitioning and alterations to existing partitioning, extensive interior decorations, the refurbishment of the demised toilet facilities plus extensive minor refurbishment works. Following the successful completion of works, Bureau Veritas has invited 4 Work to carry out works at their prestigious Tower Bridge office.

4 Work completes churn and change project for London Pensions Fund Authority comprising electrical, voice and data and partitioning alterations. All of the work was completed on schedule out-of-hours in order to minimise disruption. 4 Work continues to work with LPFA on additional requirements.

4 Work begins the New Year with a fit-out project for Wildcard at their new premises in London WC2. Working closely with the incumbent IT and telecoms suppliers and the project team at Wildcard, 4 Work delivered the electrical, voice and data and partitioning elements of the fit-out. 4 Work continues to work with Wildcard on additional requirements following their occupation of the space.

4 Work completes design and build project for Myllykoski Sales at their new premises in London SE1. The project included electrical works, partitioning, flooring and decorations and was completed on time and on budget. The design concept highlighted the architectural features of the space.

4 Work completes 6000 sq ft fit-out and furniture project in London WC2 for Olga TV. The fast turnaround project included the installation of Komfort partitioning and Herman Miller desking and seating, in addition to mechanical and electrical and plumbing works.

4 Work completes installation of Herman Miller Abak Environments workstations for EMAC at their new offices in London SW1. The installation included Aeron chairs and associated electrical distribution accessories.

4 Work completes 3000 sq ft fit-out for graphic designers, NB Studio at their new premises close to the Tate Modern in London SE1. With just 10 days available from conception to completion on-site, the project allowed 4 Work to fully demonstrate it's practical, flexible approach. The project included extensive electrical works, internal decorations and the installation of a new tea-point, including appliances.

4 Work completes 7000 sq ft fit-out and furniture project in London WC2 for Chorion Plc, including the installation of Interface carpets, Komfort partitioning, and Herman Miller desking. The project also incorporated associated decorating, mechanical and electrical and plumbing works. 4 Work continues to work with Chorion Plc.
